New Year, New Anxiety Goals….
My awesome yoga teacher has helped me so much with my anxiety and branching out. She has taught me to let it go and also to get out there, even though I have a crazy temper (the Puerto Rican in me), I feel like I have been able to cope better with things going on in my life. The other day in class she read this poem by Charlie Chaplin and it’s amazing and I wanted to share.

Living with anxiety is like being followed by a voice. It knows all your insecurities and uses them against you. It gets to the point when it’s the loudest voice in the room. The ONLY one you can hear Unknown
I have always wanted to start blog but never knew where to start. So why not just talk about myself…duh.
